I prefer Mediterranean cuisine, which fits perfectly with my current lifestyle in Malta. I particularly enjoy good quality meats combined with fresh vegetables. I cook almost everything and do it very well, paying special attention not only to the taste but also to the aesthetics of the food. It is important to me that the food is not only nutritious, but also beautifully presented.
I'm a real mood person when it comes to music - I can enjoy majestic opera arias and a few hours later listen to heavy rock with the same pleasure. My musical taste is not limited to a certain genre or style, which allows me to discover new facets of musical art and enjoy a variety of music.
